Bonefish Grill (7415 Corporate Blvd.) recently announced an overhaul of its menu. The new menu for the award-winning chain features more than 20 items, including steaks, chops, bowls and flatbreads. Among some of the highlights is a ceviche served in a glass made entirely of ice, a 13 oz. USDA ribeye topped with white truffle butter, and a premium sushi-grade spicy tuna salad bowl made with avocado, sweet chile sauce and passion fruit salsa. A customer favorite, Bang Bang Shrimp, is now offered as a flatbread item. The new menu also includes new desserts, such as the S’mores flatbread, and new cocktails, including the Wild Orchid Hawaiian martini with a floating, edible orchid.
