After arson gutted Mike Anderson’s Seafood on Dec. 15 last year, the popular Lee Drive restaurant is unlatching its doors today for a soft open that will see favorites like the fried seafood platter, the Norman, and quails and tails back on customers’ plates. The dining room and banquet room sustained the bulk of the damage during the blaze, but the kitchen and side porch were virtually unharmed. Mike Anderson’s has a full grand opening celebration planned for Saturday, March 31.
