In case you missed it: Batch 13 temporarily closes downtown

Al Copeland Investments has closed Batch 13, its downtown fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant, in an effort to keep the business afloat during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Allison Donnelly, vice president of Al Copeland Investments and daughter of the late Copeland, says while the restaurant saw business continue to grow during 75% occupancy restrictions, once the governor’s guidelines reduced occupancy to 50%, the profits were not high enough to stay open.
