The Grillroom Chophouse & Wine Bar, an upscale Chicago eatery, has its “quiet opening” today and will host their grand opening next month. The Perkins Rowe restaurant serves signature mac and cheese, grilled steaks and oysters on a half shell. There is plenty of outdoor seating, and the place is open until midnight on weekends.
