Much like self-serve frozen yogurt, pho has a DIY element, as you can choose to mix in as much or as little lime juice, chili, basil, jalapenos and bean sprouts as your taste buds can handle—and at Dream Berrie, there’s no need to be stingy with the spice. After all, once you’re done slurping your soup, you can stroll over to the other side of the café and serve yourself a tasty, cooling helping of frozen yogurt in one of a dozen flavors from the mundane to the exotic—and top it with anything from fresh fruit to chocolate sprinkles.
