Coursey Boulevard will be home to a new bar from local restaurateur Stephen Hightower.
Daily Report has the latest information on Bottle and Tap, a new bar set to open later this summer in the space at 11445 Coursey Blvd. that was formerly occupied by Happy’s Irish Pub.

Bottle and Tap will feature a rotating selection of regional craft beers and 50 bottled beers from around the world.
Hightower’s previous restaurant ventures include Leroy’s and Frankie’s Dawg House. He also has ownership interest in the City Pork restaurants. He says he has been interested in the craft beer movement and believes there is a demand for such a venue.
