A local dance company shows its holiday spirit. Cangelosi Dance Project hosts its 10th annual Holiday Mix concert this weekend. Performances take place at Manship Theatre Saturday, Dec. 20, at 6 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 21, at 2 p.m. This year, the company shows off a range of moves with 15 original works, choreographed by director Kris Cangelosi, Hannah Wilson, Aaron Lafitte, Millenique Brown, Marianne Alford and Audra Allen. Final downtown arts market of the holiday season
This Saturday, Dec. 20, is your last chance to get some locally made gifts for family and friends. The final Baton Rouge Arts Market of the year will be held 8 a.m.-noon at Fifth and Main streets downtown. If it’s raining, the arts market will relocate to the Galvez parking garage.
