If you want to get your bread-making on, Slow Food Baton Rouge and the LSU AgCenter’s Burden Center are teaming up for a class next week.
Slow Food Baton Rouge is hosting a sourdough bread class Monday, May 11, at 7 p.m. at the Burden Center (4560 Essen Lane). Eric Arceneaux, executive chef at the City Club of Baton Rouge, will teach the class.
The sourdough class is part of Slow Food Baton Rouge’s 2015 Urban Agriculture classes, which are free and open to the public. However, a $5 donation is suggested.
