Acadian House Kitchen + Bath Design is rolling into summer with its Sip & Sauté cooking classes. Chef Matt Reed hosts the classes and tasting events at the interior design shop at 6971 Exchequer Drive.
July’s class features dishes for a “kicked-up picnic.” The event takes place Tuesday, July 14, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Admission is $35. Get tickets through Eventbrite.

- White Sangria made with exotic summer fruits and spiked with a twist
- Ham and Havarti mini grilled cheese with brown sugar and apple-roasted pork and red pepper marinara
- Mango barbecued chicken with gorgonzola corn and spiced watermelon
- Dark chocolate pound cake with sweetened heavy cream and fresh strawberries
