The five-course meal kicks off Thursday, Aug. 6, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $75. The menu is inspired by the Great Raft beers and features a menu created by Chef Sean Rivera and Jay Ducote of Bite and Booze.

First course: Southern Drawl, a pale lager, paired with smoked frog leg, cheese and sour dough
Second course: Commotion, an American pale ale, paired with alligator, sweet potato and citrus
Third course: Reasonable Corrupt, a black lager, paired with local pork, turtle bacon, dijon and pan gravy
Fourth course: Grace & Grit, a double IPA, paired with beef round, potato pancake, greens and dill cream
Fifth course: Old Mad Joy, a barrel-aged Baltic porter, paired with an espresso beer float, cherry doughnut and Bavarian cream vol-au-vent
