On Trend: Three ways to wear Palazzo pants
Well, it seems like fashion of the ’70s is here to stay for another season or two, and I’m thrilled—especially because I love Palazzo pants. You can buy these pants in many festive patterns at most stores these days. I recently saw at least three racks at Marshall’s, if you’re going thrifty. Since this wardrobe piece is more trendy than classic, I’d recommend saving your pennies for something that will stay in style longer. Here is a list of places to purchase these billowy beauties in a range of prices:
TJ Maxx
Forever 21
Vertage
Dillard’s
Anthropologie
Now, let’s get to the logistics.

Crop it: This is where my go-getters can mix probably the two boldest trends available. Palazzo pants and a crop top. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times: I love the crop fad. Don’t be afraid of it! Here I have a flowy crop top, but you could sport a tighter style if you’re feeling daring. (Like this!)
Tie it: For those of you who are a little more conservative but still want to push the envelope, grab one of your button downs and tie it just above the waist band. It’s appropriate for the office, but it will also allow you to head straight to happy hour instead of going home to change!
Tuck it: Perfect for any outing at any time, this look is simple and you probably have all the pieces. My gracious co-worker let me take a picture of her outfit, slightly against her will, because it’s the perfect example of my first post. She took items already in her closet, and applied them to a current trend. It’s the best combination of appropriate and stylish. Since she threw on her cardigan (it’s typically cold over at our inRegister office), she couldn’t really wear a loose top, so she opted for a solid tank. Genius!
