3 large chunks watermelon
5 leaves cilantro
1 oz limejuice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz triple sec
2 oz silver tequila
Muddle ingredients together and shake with ice. Serve over rocks or strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, watermelon and cilantro.

1 oz lemon
1 oz limejuice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into tall pilsner glass over ice. Garnish with lemon twist and lime wheel. Top with Sprite.
