David St. Romain describes his ideal party
It’s hard to imagine the “Twenty Years Late” singer and Nashville Star finalist being anything but laid-back when it comes to planning a party with family and close friends, but Louisiana native David St. Romain’s favorites certainly back up his love of relaxed vibes and all-American tastes.
“If you know my dad, then you know our family,” he says. “We are a fun-loving, music-goin’, chilled kind of people. And it’s all casual.”
But that doesn’t mean St. Romain takes it easy.

“We start on the weekends early to party all weekend,” he says. “And I don’t go to sleep until late, so there’s no curfew at our house in the summer.”
Ironically, St. Romain says he wouldn’t play very many country artists except to occasionally turn on his own Pandora station called “DSR Radio.”
“Then you’ll hear a bunch of artists no one has ever heard,” he says. “Some pretty good, some not so much.”
