Survey says: McDonald’s is ‘least favorite’ fast food chain

McDonald’s is the country’s least favorite major fast food chain, according to a report from the American Customer Service Index, which measures customer satisfaction across industries. The report is based on a survey of 4,500 people and their experiences at various chain restaurants. McDonald’s scored a 71, down from last year’s 73. Baton Rouge has 25 McDonald’s locations. Taco Bell was the second worst with a 72. KFC had the biggest drop in score, going from 81 last year to 74 in 2014.
