‘Southern Living’ names Bayou Teche’s LA 31 Biere Pale best in the state

Bayou Teche Brewery continues to receive praise for its beers. In its June issue, Southern Living named the Arnaudville brewery’s LA 31 Biere Pale the best beer brewed in Louisiana. Assistant food editor Hannah Hayes says the beer is “the perfect combination of lawnmower beer and a beer with more nuance.” Read more about the eco-friendly brewery.
