See Chef Chris Wadsworth’s TEDxLSU talk

In March, the second TEDxLSU talks took over the university’s Shaver Theatre with 15 Baton Rougeans sharing their stories around the theme of “enact.” Among the speakers was Chef Chris Wadsworth of Triumph Kitchen, a local nonprofit organization that helps at-risk teens learn life skills and prepare for careers in the food service industry. In his talk, Wadsworth discussed his career and he and his wife Sommer’s new venture. “The birth of Triumph Kitchen … it was no longer about me, and still is no longer about me.” Watch the full video here.
