Scottish brewery creates world’s strongest beer
Brewmeister, a Scottish brewery that started in 2011, now holds the claim for world’s strongest beer, according to The Huffington Post with the release of its Snake Venom, which has an ABV of 67.5%. The release of the beer comes two years after the brewery released the 65% ABV Armageddon. When Armageddon was released, many questioned its ABV level, and there were even problems with some of the bottles. Snake Venom features a smoked peat malt and beer and Champagne yeast. A bottle of the new beer goes for more than $80.
