Dine Roundup: Whole Foods plans renovation; tea tasting event tomorrow
Baton Rouge’s Whole Foods Market began work on a million-dollar renovation this week. Timothy Boone of The Advocate reported that the work will take an estimated 12 weeks. A spokeswoman for the grocery store chain told The Advocate that the renovation will “refresh many customers’ favorite venues and expand options to better serve them.” Signage inside the store early this week indicated an expanded dining space and an updated coffee and juice bar. The store has been open at 7529 Corporate Blvd. for nearly a decade.
