Now open: Raising Cane’s downtown location

Todd Graves’ dream has come true. The Raising Cane’s founder and CEO now has a downtown Baton Rouge location at the corner of Third and Florida Streets in the historic Richoux building. A grand opening ceremony was held today at 9:30 a.m., and the location is now open to the public. The first signs of the new Cane’s came in late February, and general manager Stormi Persick says the fried chicken fast food restaurant is excited to be a part of the downtown community. “Steps away from our headquarters and located under the neon Coca-Cola sign, there’s no better place for a new Raising Cane’s restaurant,” he says in a press release. The restaurant will be open today until 3:30 a.m.
