Menu revealed for Pelican House beer dinner

The Pelican House is celebrating the holidays with a special spin on a festive menu. Next Tuesday, Dec. 9, the tap room will host “Not Ya Mama’s Christmas Dinner,” a collaborative five-course meal featuring dishes paired with Gnarly Barley beers. Up first is a family-style spread with the Hammond brewery’s Catahoula Common. Seafood and mirliton stuffing paired with the Radical Rye P.A. is the second course, followed by a third course of turkey and gravy with the brewery’s unnamed combo beer. Roasted lamb with mint jelly will follow with the Korova Milk Porter. The dessert is milk and cookies, paired with Apple Cinnamon Bourbon Eggnog.
