Hanley’s Foods will release its new Avocado dressing within the next month, but fans can get a taste Friday, Nov. 21, when owner Richard Hanley throws a launch party for his latest product at The Londoner. Festivities start at 6 p.m., and the event includes free samples, cake, a photo booth and more. RSVP and get more information.
Hanley says since taste-testing the product at The Salad Shop in October, he’s made a few changes to his formula. But his goal has remained the same—he wants to create “the new ranch.”
“It took us a long time to develop these flavors,” he says. “But we did it without dairy and egg. It’s free of all major allergens.”
Hanley has been working on this latest creation for about a year. The plant-based dressing will make an appearance at this weekend’s Red Stick Farmers Market, then will be in local stores by the end of the year.
“I’m excited about this,” he says. “There’s nothing like it on the market. It’s literally the world’s healthiest ranch—leaner, cleaner and obviously greener.”
