Grimaldi’s Pizzeria now open at Mall of Louisiana

An award-winning pizza chain has opened its first Capital City location. Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, which has more than 35 locations in nine states and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has opened at the Mall of Louisiana’s boulevard in a space across from HHGregg. The restaurant is currently open for dinner only and will extend its hours later this month. Grimaldi’s is known for its coal-fired brick oven pizzas and calzones, salads and desserts. The Baton Rouge location features local craft beers and room for around 150 patrons.
