This is what the ‘Gilmore Girls’-transformed Brew Ha-Ha! looks like right now

Rory, I have a feeling we’re not in Baton Rouge anymore.

By 7 a.m. this morning, the line was out the door at Brew Ha-Ha!, the local coffee shop offering a little slice of Stars Hollow today for its Gilmore Girls-themed transformation.

Since early this morning, the coffee shop has been decked out to look like the TV show’s famous Luke’s Diner. The shop has been handing out free cups of “Luke’s coffee,” complete with quotes from the show and codes offering customers the chance to win prizes. Some fans attended the event dressed as characters from the show.

Brew Ha-Ha! is one about 250 restaurants/coffee shops nationwide participating in the Netflix-sponsored event celebrating the 16-year-old show. New episodes of Gilmore Girls will be available on Netflix Nov. 25.

Today’s event at Brew Ha-Ha! goes until noon. For more info, visit the Facebook event page.
