Dish we’re craving: Cocha’s Winter Citrus Grilled Catch

Our sister publication, inRegister, featured this grilled redfish dish from Cocha in its February issue, and we’re still thinking about it.

Fresh, Gulf redfish is basted with seasonings and local citrus, served over parsnips, potatoes and fennel, and dotted with a spicy housemade green harissa.
