Work off the candy at Halloween Yoga Wednesday

Anyone who says Halloween isn’t a physically demanding holiday clearly has never done the “Monster Mash” or “Thriller” dance from start to finish. Halloween Yoga at White Star Market Wednesday, Oct. 31, is sure to be equal parts spooky and strenuous.

Those interested should dress in their most frightening Halloween costumes and zombie crawl on down to the food hall at 4624 Government St. in preparation for the plethora of Halloween candy headed your way. You can step inside for some local eats from the White Star food booths afterward.
