Fill up on Italian food at P-Beau’s wine dinner this Thursday, Nov. 9
P-Beau’s in Denham Springs is having an Italian wine dinner this Thursday with old-school Italian favorites like eggplant Parmesan and seafood cannelloni. Each of the five courses are paired with wine from Italy’s Tuscany or Piedmont regions.
The dinner is 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $75 and available here.
Sip on Southern Craft beer at Burgersmith’s pint night on Friday, Nov. 10
Go to Burgersmith on Perkins this Friday for Pint Night, featuring Southern Craft Brewing Company. On the menu are the amber Red Stick Rye, bitter-but-citrusy DDH Hyla and Pompous Pelican, a smooth IPA. Buy a beer and keep the pint glass.

Free lunch for military personnel and veterans at L’Auberge on Veterans Day
This Veterans Day, L’Auberge Casino Hotel will honor veterans and active duty military personnel with a complimentary lunch at its Bon Temps Buffet Friday, Nov. 10. Be sure to bring a veteran’s card or valid military ID to qualify.
