225‘s own Maggie Heyn Richardson will prepare a recipe from her latest book, Hungry for Louisiana, An Omnivore’s Journey, during this weekend’s Red Stick Farmers Market. Richardson will be cooking up her shrimp and fennel salad inside the Main Street Market, starting at 10 a.m. with Chef Celeste Gill. She will also be signing copies of her book from 8 a.m.-noon.

Indie Plate offering free eggs next month
