Houma woman discusses embarrassing experience at Sea-Go seafood store
A seafood market in Houma is making headlines, but not for its tasty crawfish.

According to an interview with Lafayette radio station 99.9 KTDY, Cookie Pierre and her daughter, Sunny, were kicked out of the Sea-Go Seafood on Grand Calliou Road in Houma. The reason? Pierre’s outfit of a black tank top and long black pants didn’t meet the dress code.

This isn’t the first time Sea-Go Seafood has made headlines for its rules. According to a story from The Houma Courier, the store’s No. 1 rule is “Ladies must have A WHOLE SHIRT on.” Other customers have taken to social media to describe their experience, since Pierre’s story has gone viral.

Listen to the full story below. Warning—some strong language is included in the interview.
