Dine Roundup: Spice Bistro closes, Dinner and a Movie returns

After less than six months in business, Spice Bistro & Bar has shut down. The restaurant, which was at 8342 Perkins Road in the Perkins Panache shopping center, opened last October and closed earlier this spring without giving notice to property manager David Persac.

“They didn’t notify us they were closing,” Persac says. “I can’t really say what happened.”

This isn’t the first restaurant to be in the 5,000-square-foot space. The previous tenant was the short-lived Le Bon Temps Bar and Grill.
