Cupcake Allie does gourmet grilled cheese at Tin Roof

Tin Roof Brewing Company is teaming up with Cupcake Allie for a night of gourmet grilled cheese and panini sandwiches.

Cupcake Allie will be showing off its specialties Friday, April 24, starting at 5 p.m. at Tin Roof’s tap room. The sandwiches will come with chips and be paired with cupcakes. All options will be priced at $8.95. Extra cupcakes are $1.25.

The Hector. Bacon, pepper jack and fresh guacamole, paired with a birthday cake cupcake.
The Italian. Italian herb butter, pepperoni, salami and mozzarella, paired with a golden vanilla cupcake.
The Shroom. Mushrooms, onions and swiss, paired with a death by chocolate cupcake.
The Four Cheese. Cheddar, colby, Monterey Jack and Swiss, paired with a peanut butter fudge cupcake.
