A Brazilian getaway, sponsored by Three Roll

Three Roll’s Batida Punch cocktail will take you to Brazil in one sip. This cocktail is made with their Brazilian Style Rum produced from fresh-pressed cane juice during Louisiana’s sugar harvest and fermented with yeast sourced from Brazil.

1.5 ounces Brazilian Style Rum
3/4 ounce lemon
1/2 ounce grenadine
1/2 ounce orange shrub (recipe below)
1.5 ounce grapefruit soda


To make the shrub mash, peel 4 medium oranges and remove as much pith as possible. Muddle the remaining fruit with ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. Let it rest for one day and strain solids out.

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin over ice. Shake well and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or your favorite fruit. Click here to view all of Three Roll’s spirits.
