Zuri’s 3rd birthday party

BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo is having a party, and you’re invited! Head to the zoo Saturday as they celebrate the 3rd birthday of Zuri, the first black rhino born in captivity at the zoo in many years. The female rhino will have a cake made with many of her favorite treats. Zuri’s keepers will present her with her birthday treat shortly after noon, but guests can visit all day for fun activities, including signing her birthday card, free rhino-themed cupcakes, zookeeper chats, wildlife safaris and arts and crafts.
