Zoom through the zoo

BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo hosts its eighth annual ZooZoom 5K and half-mile fun run this Saturday. Portions of registration fees not only support the zoo but also cheetah conservation efforts internationally. Read more about the zoo’s efforts in Adrian Hirsch’s latest blog post. Online registration is available here. Race-day registration will be at the front entrance of the zoo. Pre-registration for adult Club South members is $19, $22 for adult non-members, and $12 for children. Race day registration is $27 for adults and $17 for children.
