Women Chefs’ Show Off celebrates 13 years

The 13th annual Women Chef’s Show Off on Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Sheraton downtown will feature a feast of gourmet dishes created by the area’s top chefs as well as a silent auction with more than 100 items ranging from fine jewelry to artwork to Florida condo vacations to benefit the Capital Area Battered Women’s Program, which is celebrating 30 years of service to the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Live music performed by Betsy Braud and the Jazz Nurse Prescription Band. Tickets are $50 and a table of 10 is $500. 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
