Weezer to perform at Groovin’ on the Grounds
Say it ain’t so. You dug them when they were geeks who sang about “Buddy Holly,” and enjoyed them still when they took you to “Beverly Hills.” Weezer, the ’90s band responsible for the soundtrack to your adolescence, will perform Friday at LSU’s Groovin’ on the Grounds on the campus’ parade grounds. The annual free concert kicks off at 5 p.m. and includes opening act performances from Deacon Jones and Pepper. An art festival will kick off on the grounds at 2 p.m. RSVP and get more information here.
