Walking to defeat ALS

The ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter will hold the 2009 Walk to Defeat ALS on Saturday at the LSU Veterinary School. LSU baseball coach Paul Manieri will give the kick-off speech, and he and the LSU baseball team will participate in the walk. Last year’s walk raised $200,000 for research and patient services.
