Walk-On’s, St. Romain team up against cancer

Cotton candy, a spacewalk, country music—it sounds like the fair’s coming to Baton Rouge, but you’d be mistaken. Walk-On’s II on Coursey Boulevard hosts a Ward Off Cancer Concert that benefits Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge and the family of cancer patient Melanie Ward. A $15 donation gets you an all-access pass, and kids are free! If that’s not enough, Nashville Star David St. Romain performs. 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
