V-Day celebrates 10 years

V-Day is a global movement to end violence against women and girls that raises funds and awareness through benefit productions of playwright Eve Ensler’s award-winning The Vagina Monologues. Baton Rouge joins the campaign this year to help celebrate the 10th anniversary of V-Day with a special performance of The Vagina Monologues at the Unitarian Church at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 29.
