Tsunami rolls out new menu items

Tsunami, the downtown sushi restaurant located in the Shaw Center of the Arts at 100 Lafayette St., rolled out new menu items Tuesday. The new dishes include gyoza umami pork dumplings topped with cilantro, French fried onions and umami sauce, Shishito peppers and shrimp, the restaurant’s take on shrimp and grits called Grits Ebi, a cold noodle salad, a new special Bon Temp sushi roll and Pancific bread pudding.
