Triumph Kitchen hosts fundraising “Roast” Thursday

Chef Chris Wadsworth of Triumph Kitchen will team up with 225 contributor and chef Jay Ducote for The Dirty Bird Roast Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Valentino Home Entertainment (Map it!). At the event, you can enjoy the football match between the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons as well as a menu consisting of deviled pickled quail eggs, turkey kabobs, confit pie, sweet and spicy pepper quail and much more. Tickets are $80 per person and proceeds will go toward helping Triumph Kitchen. For more information, click here.
