“I’d start the ideal day making fresh juice. Hard to get that on the road! Next would be a yoga or Pilates class before some quiet time at home reading, writing and painting—an expressive release of some sort.

The afternoon would be spent on Lake Martin for a canoe hang and a picnic with friends. This is a real local gem. Next we’d go out downtown for a great dinner together before a sunset boat ride down the Vermilion River. This runs through Lafayette and has magic to it.

Once the sun is set, I’d want to bike to a local music venue for a show.

Late night would be making a big fire and drink at home and letting the night slip away with friends.”
