As frightening images continue to pour in from tsunami- and earthquake-ravaged Japan, local sushi joint Hello Sushi is pitching in to help. For the remainder of the Lenten season—until Friday, April 22, that is—100% of sales of the Red Dragon Roll will be donated to the American Red Cross. The tasty roll, filled with avocado, tempura shrimp and kani, will be available at both Hello Sushi locations. The Londoner will serve traditional Irish food such as corned beef and cabbage all day, and live bagpipers will play at dinnertime.
