Things are getting ‘Harry’

“It all ends,” the tagline reads, and certainly it is true that the successful film adaptation of author J.K. Rowling’s beloved wizard series does reached a fitting climax last summer. Now Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 has arrived this week on DVD and Blu-ray. As Harry and his faithful friends Hermione and Ron travel back to Hogwarts to destroy the remaining relics the evil Lord Voldemort needs to become all-powerful, young Harry finally meets his nemesis and an army of evil sorcerers and witches in a face to face in a showdown to end all wizardly duels and a fight for the survival of all things good in the world. Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson reprise their famous roles and are joined by returning series regulars Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon an Alan Rickman among many others. David Yates directs. Rated PG-13.
