‘The Wiz’ not in Kansas anymore

The New Venture Theatre at Independence Park will perform The Wiz, the funky 1975 take on The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Follow Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion as they take on Evilene, the Wicked Witch of the West, in this hip musical romp.
