The ‘Transformers’ blew
Pink Floyd warned us. Strange things are afoot on the dark side of the moon today with the release of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the final chapter of Michael Bay’s toy-slinging action series. Shia LaBeouf returns as nerdy hero Sam Witwicky, and this time he is caught in the ultimate battle between Optimus Prime and his team of good Autobots and the evil Decepticons. Shot in 3D, the film finds the two opposing mechanical forces racing to the lunar surface to discover the secrets and the power unleashed when a mysterious craft from their home world in discovered. Patrick Dempsey, Frances McDormand, The Hangover’s Ken Jeong and English Victoria’s Secret model-turned-actress Rosie Hunington-Whitely join a cast of stars returning to the franchise like Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro.
