Combine the multifaceted granite sculpture of Jesús Moroles with improvisational percussion by the LSU percussion group Hamiruge, and you get a once in a lifetime experience. The ensemble, under the direction of Brett William Dietz, Associate Professor of Percussion with the School of Music at LSU, will use the massive sculptures with their unique shapes and surfaces to create a one-of-a-kind percussive concert at this Museum After Dark presentation at the LSU Museum of Art.
