The Muppets take Baton Rouge

The Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s latest exhibit, “Jim Henson’s Fantastic World,” opens to the public Friday, March 28. This exhibit of more than 130 works of original art chronicles the life and career of the celebrated television puppeteer and creator of American icons Kermit the Frog and Big Bird. Offering a rare peek into the creative genius of this multitalented innovator this exhibit includes drawings, cartoons, illustrated storyboards, puppets, television and movie props, photographs and videos.
