The Magic Flute features young opera talent

Opera Louisiane presents a different twist to Mozart’s The Magic Flute, a comic masterpiece condensed to 90 minutes. Featuring young opera talent from around Louisiana and fascinating costumes, the performance delivers a happy ending full of melodies children of all ages can pick up. 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at the Baton Rouge River Center Theatre for Performing Arts.
