What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than with music, food and raffles, all for a good cause. The Transplant Dream Foundation and its founder Jamie Crane will host Lung-a-Palooza, a fundraising event for the organization, which seeks to send lung transplant patients on vacations after their recovery. The event begins at 4 p.m. at Mud and Water and includes music from Rocky Denny Band, The Cypress Bayou Band, Cross Town, Folky J, Our First Fight, Gal Holiday and The Honky Tonk Revue and DJ Bird. Food will be provided by Pullin’ Pork food truck and POPculture popsicles. A raffle drawing will also take place. Cover is $7. For more information, check out the foundation’s Facebook page.
