The book of ‘Love’

What happens when a renowned author of a self-help book can’t really take his own advice? Aaron Eckhart— soon to be in Baton Rouge shooting Battle: Los Angeles— stars in the new romantic drama Love Happens as a widower whose confessional book about his wife’s death turned him into best-seller and a figurehead for the grieving masses who identify with his experience of loss. At a sold out conference, Eckhart meets Jennifer Aniston, an entrepreneur who has sworn off men after one too many bad relationships. Her character may be based on her real life, but as she and Eckhart’s author try to navigate a relationship of their own, they realize that the only way to move forward is to let go of the past. Judy Greer and Martin Sheen co-star. Rated PG-13.
